Gradovia Learning respects the privacy of families and is designed so adults can find, purchase, and manage educational materials for young learners. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
1. Who operates Gradovia Learning
Gradovia Learning is owned and operated by Luis Ernesto Nodal, a sole proprietor located in Miami, Florida, United States. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to contact@gradovialearning.com.
2. Adults, parents, guardians, and students
Accounts, purchases, contact forms, community signups, and waitlists are for adults age 18 or older. A parent or legal guardian must create and control every family account. Children must not create an account, make a purchase, join an email list, or submit personal information through the website.
A parent or guardian may create a limited student profile inside the adult-managed account using a nickname, grade band, and optional access PIN. Please do not enter a child’s legal name, email address, date of birth, home address, phone number, school name, photograph, or other identifying information. Learning materials may be used by students only with adult permission and supervision.
If we learn that a child submitted personal information directly, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian may contact us to review, correct, or request deletion of information associated with a student profile.
3. Information we collect
- Adult account information: name, email address, password credentials stored in protected form, account preferences, purchases, downloads, saved resources, and course activity.
- Orders and support: adult billing and transaction details, products purchased, support history, and messages. Payment card details are processed by our payment providers; Gradovia Learning does not store complete card numbers.
- Forms: first name, last name, email address, reason for contact, message, or course/community interest when an adult submits a form.
- Limited student-profile information: a parent-selected nickname, grade band, optional PIN, and learning progress connected to the adult account.
- Technical information needed to operate and protect the site: IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, security logs, cookies, cart contents, login status, and similar identifiers used for authentication, fraud prevention, site security, downloads, and essential functionality.
4. How we use information
We use information to provide accounts and downloads, process payments, deliver courses and resources, save progress, answer support requests, maintain security, prevent fraud, comply with legal and accounting obligations, improve essential site operation, and send service messages such as receipts, password resets, or important account notices.
5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
At launch, Gradovia Learning uses only cookies and similar technologies needed for the website, cart, checkout, account access, security, and reliable delivery of digital products. We do not currently enable third-party audience analytics, behavioral advertising, or cross-site ad tracking. If that changes, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before the technology is enabled.
6. Community and promotional email
Adults may provide their information to express interest in community or course updates. We are not currently running promotional email campaigns. Before promotional campaigns begin, we will use a compliant email system with clear identification, an unsubscribe method, and the legally required sender information. You may withdraw a signup request at any time by emailing contact@gradovialearning.com. Transactional messages about an account, purchase, download, security issue, or requested support are not promotional messages.
7. When information is shared
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share only the information reasonably necessary with service providers that support hosting, ecommerce, payment processing, fraud prevention, email delivery, security, file delivery, and site maintenance. Current categories of providers include Hostinger for hosting, WordPress and WooCommerce technology, WooPayments and its payment-processing partners, and website security providers. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the website, investigate fraud or security incidents, or complete a business transfer. We do not knowingly disclose children’s personal information for advertising or marketing.
8. Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above. Account information is generally kept while the account remains active. Order and transaction records may be retained as required for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations. Security logs, support messages, and form submissions are retained only as reasonably necessary. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to legal retention duties and backup cycles.
9. Your choices and requests
An adult account holder may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, close an account, or remove a student profile by contacting us. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law. We may need to verify that the requester controls the relevant account before acting.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website or storage method is completely secure. Please use a unique password, keep family-account credentials private, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Our resources may link to other websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The revised date will appear at the top, and material changes will be communicated through the website or by another appropriate method.
