Payment information is processed by the payment provider selected at checkout. Gradovia Learning does not intentionally request or retain full payment-card numbers. We may receive limited transaction details needed to confirm an order, provide downloads, respond to support requests, and maintain business records.

We use information to operate the website, create and secure accounts, process purchases, deliver downloadable materials, provide support, prevent misuse, meet legal obligations, and improve the service. Purchased and free materials are licensed for the individual learner’s personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, share, publish, upload, or use the materials to create competing resources without prior written permission.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that occurs through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Third-party exam names, marks, and references are used only to identify the exam or subject addressed. They remain the property of their respective owners. Gradovia Learning is not affiliated with or endorsed by any exam sponsor, school, institution, certification provider, or rights holder unless we state otherwise in writing.

Refund Policy

Digital study guides are generally final-sale once access to the downloadable material has been provided. We may consider limited exceptions for a duplicate charge, a confirmed technical delivery problem that we cannot reasonably resolve, or where a refund is required by applicable law.

To request help with a purchase, contact contact@gradovialearning.com promptly and include the email address used for the order and relevant order details. Approval of an exception is not guaranteed.
